2020 Hindsight

At the end of a recent alfresco lunch at a favorite restaurant, the waitress approached my table and asked, “Can I get you anything else besides the end of 2020?”

This will be dissected and discussed as a singular year—not a date like 9/11, or a decade like the Sixties.

We have been consumed by tsunami of events from unimaginable injustices to incompetent leadership, wildfires to a worldwide pandemic.

How has this year shaped—or shaken—your outlook and attitude as we look at 2020 in hindsight?

Have you found renewed resolve?  Has this cascade of unrelenting events become unbearable?

How will this year affect your life decisions going forward?  Do you view this process differently based on your age and stage of life?

Please send your comments to me by e-mail (jodigoalstone@gmail.com)and I will share them in a subsequent post.  You may opt for anonymity if you prefer.
